The technical consulting division provides consultation to manufacturers of optical fiber, cable and devices relative to the technology required to produce such products. This enhances the company's technical support in the optical communication field. The sales division is responsible for the sales of the technological information that the company has developed. The sales division is also focused on organizing seminars related newly developed technology.
