The packaging products so far used by semiconductor industry are made of non-conductive materials or compounds mixed with charging materials such as carbon black or surfactant. As such materials are black, it is impossible to inspect the components without opening the packages. More serious problem is that the present packaging products create conductive or non-conductive impurities which eventually cause serious damages to the expensive contents such as semiconductor and electronic components. However, there has been no other choice but use the conventional packaging products. Otherwise, semiconductor industry has to buy the expensive conductive packaging products from a few conductive packaging products suppliers in the world. After spending more than two years to develop new products free from such defects, last year we finally succeeded in producing the transparent and defect-free conductive packaging products.
